Job summary

Discovery Parks in Swan Valley, Idaho, is seeking a hands-on Groundskeeper to maintain pristine park grounds and facilities. You will perform daily cleaning, landscaping, repairs, and equipment upkeep to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

Applicants should have groundskeeping experience, strong safety awareness, and a valid driver's license. The role requires flexibility to cover a 7-day roster and may involve manual handling and basic maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in grounds keeping.
• Skilled in building and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Attention to detail to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal of the property.
• Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools.
• Excellent time management and flexibility to work over a 7 day roster.
• Trade qualified is desirable.
• Pool maintenance experience advantageous.
• A current valid driver’s licence is essential.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Manage and maintain park equipment and tools.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
