Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning shrubs and trees.
• Operate mowers, blowers, and sprinkler systems and perform basic carpentry/painting tasks as needed.
• Remove litter, clean roads, parking lots and walks for safety.
• Remove ice and snow from walks and apply ice melter as required.
• Establish new plantings and manage watering systems.
