Missouri Southern State University is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain campus lawns, plant beds, and landscape features. The role involves operating riding mowers, tractors, and other landscape equipment, plus snow and ice removal to ensure safe, accessible grounds year-round.
The position also covers pruning and caring for trees and shrubs, litter pickup, and minor repairs as part of a broader facilities team. A high school diploma or GED and a valid drivers license are required.
The Groundskeeper performs routine mowing trimming landscaping grass maintenance minor repairs to grounds. This position performs event support and other tasks including snowice removal necessary to maintain a safe and attractive environment. Assist with other departmental needs.
