GDI Services is seeking a hands-on Janitorial Supervisor in Illinois to lead daily building upkeep, manage safety standards, and ensure clean, welcoming facilities. The role follows a Sunday-Thursday schedule, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and requires reliable, weatherproof performance.

Candidates with at least one year of supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and safely are encouraged to apply. GDI values diversity and equal opportunity employment.

Sunday - Thursday @ 6:00AM - 2:30PM

• Routine keep up of parking lot and areas surrounding the buildings.
• Sweeping walkways and parking lots

Requirments:

• Must be able to work all weather conditions rain, or shine, and in hot or cold temperatures.
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Saftey oriented

Qualifications:

• 1 year of janitorial supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail.
