Monster Tree Service of Lansing is seeking a Grounds Crew member to assist with outdoor tree care operations in the Lansing area. You will handle materials, assist with loading, unloading, and basic site preparation, and work under the supervision of the crew leader.

• Must be able to carry 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Clean, valid Driver’s License required.
• Adhere to safety standards and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Use hand lines to lower limbs and move equipment.
• Unload, lay out, prepare, and stow materials and tools at site.
• Work from ground using hand and pole saws; operate trucks and equipment as assigned.
• Maintain trucks and equipment; report repairs to crew leader.
• Safeguard workers and the public; stay in contact with crew aloft.
• Attend weekly safety meetings and daily briefings.
• Follow safety policies and keep area clean and orderly.
• Perform related duties as needed.
