Job summary

Landry's is seeking a Grounds Crew Member in Galveston, TX to maintain outdoor spaces and support a welcoming guest experience. This role supports a team-driven environment and contributes to a clean, safe property.

Responsibilities include yard upkeep, debris removal, window and equipment cleaning, and reporting safety hazards. This position offers growth opportunities and flexible scheduling within Landry's employee programs.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Enjoy working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of property grounds, remove debris in all parking lots and public spaces.
• Cleaning windows, doors and equipment on property.
• Trash collection and disposal of all trash receptacles on property.
• Identify and report safety hazards, property damage, maintenance concerns or any other conditions that could affect guest or employee safety.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with interacting with guests and team members.
• Follow all company safety procedures and properly use available safety equipment and cleaning supplies.
