Employees of Bluejack National Landscape ensure the highest level of service for residents, members, and guests by providing personal, gracious, and professional support. Under the direction of the Senior Horticulture & Landscape Manager and Crew Foreman, the Grounds Crewman is responsible for maintaining manicured landscapes throughout all Club Grounds. This includes performing daily turf care, landscaping duties, and general grounds maintenance to uphold Bluejack National’s elevated standards.
The position requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional course and landscape conditions. Grounds Crewmen operate a variety of equipment, perform manual labor, assist with project work, and contribute to the overall aesthetic and operational goals of the property. They must follow standard procedures, operate equipment safely and responsibly, and understand varying site conditions to minimize equipment wear. The Grounds Crewman supports daily production needs and reports any labor, material, or equipment concerns to their supervisor.
High School diploma preferred but not required
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Proven skills with the ability to work independently as well as with a team
Working knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and equipment.
Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time in various weather conditions.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to stand on feet for extended period of time.
Available for 24-hour re-call in emergency situations.
Exhibit sound time management and organizational skills.
Ensure the supplies needed to operate are properly stocked.
Maintain an organized and clean workstation that is member ready.
Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions

40-45 hours or more per week. Weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Schedule is flexible as business dictates.
