Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring a Groundperson to support crew operations in North Carolina. You will feed brush and debris into a woodchipper, inspect for hazards, and help keep the work area clear.

This is an entry-level position with no required experience; a high school diploma is preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 and may be subject to pre-employment checks, with a driver’s license preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate chainsaw to cut brush, logs and stumps of larger trees.
• Drag, gather, and feed brush into wood chipper.
• Services vehicles and equipment, maintaining them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
