Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Bedford, NH is seeking a Groundperson to gather and feed brush and debris into a woodchipper, scan work areas for trip and fall hazards, and help keep others out of the travel path while maintaining equipment.

Primary duties include operating a chainsaw to cut brush, logs and stumps, dragging material to the chipper, and servicing vehicles and gear to keep them in safe, clean condition. Must be 18+, HS diploma preferred; entry level with no experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position, no experience required.
• Previous experience a plus.
• Driver's License Preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate chainsaw to cut brush, logs and stumps of larger trees.
• Drag, gather, and feed brush into wood chipper.
• Services vehicles and equipment, maintaining them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
