Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Groundperson in North Carolina. The role involves gathering and feeding brush and debris into a woodchipper, scanning for hazards, and keeping equipment in good order.

Responsibilities include operating a chainsaw, dragging and feeding material into the chipper, and maintaining vehicles and gear. Minimum qualifications include being 18+ years old; a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years-or-older.

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate chainsaw to cut brush, logs and stumps of larger trees.
• Drag, gather, and feed brush into wood chipper.
• Service vehicles and equipment, maintaining them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
