Jobot, based near Philadelphia, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead ground up and renovation retail projects across the Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Delaware region. Salary ranges from $115,000 to $145,000 per year, plus bonus and a company truck/allowance.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of supervision in ground up or renovation construction, with experience on projects valued at $5M+ and willingness to travel within 150 miles of Philadelphia.

• 5+ years’ experience in Construction field supervision.
• Experience w/ ground up commercial construction projects required.
• Experience building projects valued $5M+.

Responsibilities
