Qualifications

• 10+ years as a superintendent, site manager, or plant manager.
• Comfortable with mechanical, civil, and electrical drawings.
• Strong safety leadership and OSHA 30 minimum required.

Responsibilities

• Build the facility through managing trades and schedules.
• Run day-to-day operations, hire, and train the crew.
• Maintain safety compliance and manage local relationships.

Reading mechanical, civil, and electrical drawings

Managing multiple subs and vendors

Hands-on heavy equipment operation
