Job summary

A leading aerospace solutions provider is seeking a Ground Systems Software Engineering SETA to oversee the development, integration, and delivery of ground system software. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering, Agile practices, and cloud technologies. They should possess a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, assessing engineering practices, and contributing to Agile delivery processes, with some travel required.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and CI polygraph.
• Ten (10) or more years of experience in engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory support on software development.
• Monitor Agile software delivery and identify risks.
• Evaluate cloud-based architectures and ensure best practices.
