Job summary

Maania Consultancy Services LLC in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Systems Engineer with an active US Top Secret/SCI clearance to lead ground systems verification and the development of system requirements and ICDs.

You will write and execute comprehensive system test plans, work in a scaled agile team, integrate tests across subsystems, and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders while ensuring security, reliability, and performance on complex defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering from an accredited school.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• 15+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• Experience in verification and test of ground systems.
• Experience in writing system requirements and ICDs.
• Experience in development, generation, and execution of system test plans, procedures, and reports.

Job description

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• 15 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• Experience in verification and test of ground systems.
• Bachelor's in engineering from accredited school; technical masters degree counts for 2 years and technical PhD 4 years.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Experience in writing requirements and ICDs of the ground systems.
• Experience in developing, generating, and executing the system test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Experience working in the team of systems engineers using scaled agile development process.
• Experience in system requirements generation, verification and system integration and test (I&T) at least 3 years.
• Strong Communication, Adaptability, Decision Making, Customer Focus, Integrated Systems, Engineering Analysis, and Requirements/Tracing skillset.
• Active US Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• 9 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• 14 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
