Job summary

Integrity First Technologies LLC is seeking a Ground Systems Analyst (Mid) in the Quantico, Virginia area. The role requires TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain, and a bachelor’s degree with approximately 8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct All-Source analytic production of foreign military ground systems including platforms, sensors, motor transport, armor, anti-armor, artillery, firearms, explosives, logistical and maintenance, readiness, and missions.
• Analyze and assess current and future foreign missile technology to include foreign missile system capabilities, vulnerabilities, advanced weapon systems, technical data analysis, and TTPs.
• Analyze foreign precision weapon systems and indirect fire weapon platforms to forecast future technologies, identify mature tech applications, and assess technology transfers.
• Work with engineers, scientists, and modelers on foreign weapons processes, capabilities, and dual-use technologies.
• Analyze and assess current and future foreign, lethal and non-lethal weapon systems including capabilities, vulnerabilities, production, stockpile, deployment, proliferation, and impact to U.S. and Coalition forces worldwide.
• Provide portfolio specific analysis, expertise, and intelligence production as specified below.
• Conduct Threat Steering Groups with members across USMC Combat Development & Integration to identify key risk drivers for potential materiel solutions informing lifecycle cost, performance, and schedule decisions.
• Produce and deliver VOLTs, CIP, and Capability Development Threat Summaries to support Marine Corps Acquisition Programs across JCIDS and the Defense Acquisition System.
• Maintain knowledge and proficiency of air platforms and weapon systems in the air domain including fixed wing, rotor wing, unmanned Aerial Vehicles, surface-to-air missiles, and air-to-air missiles.
• Conduct All-Source analysis and assess basic, emerging, disruptive, and breakthrough technology applicable to military/dual-use systems threatening USMC technology.
• Produce assessments projecting discovery and development of advanced technologies up to TRL 6 and impact to USMC Operational Forces and Force Design 2030.
• Produce original authoritative intelligence independently and with other Service Intelligence Centers and STIC working groups.
• Conduct all-source analytic production of future and current leading-edge technologies and their military applications worldwide.
• Projects the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and their impact on U.S. forces worldwide.
• Provide risk assessments on transfer and diversion of defense and dual-use U.S. technologies and assess national security implications of foreign involvement in critical U.S. defense sectors.
• Produce intelligence for the U.S. National, Defense and Acquisition Communities and conduct all-source analysis to identify threats, transfers, and vulnerabilities to defense supply chains.
• Analyze and assess future technology and its military application by foreign states and non-states.
• Produce assessments projecting the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and their impact on Defense Critical Infrastructure and U.S. nuclear weapons worldwide.
• Produce intelligence supporting National Security Threat Capabilities Assessments and threat/global baseline assessments for the IC.
• Conduct all-source analytic production of future and current leading-edge technologies and their military applications worldwide.
• Project the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and their impact on U.S. forces worldwide.
