Job summary

Alumni Founders is seeking engineers to design and implement software for the build, test, and operation of satellites and payloads. You will collaborate with mission operators and flight software teams to define mission architecture and ensure smooth spacecraft operations on-call.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree or 3+ years in software engineering, and familiarity with satellite systems, Rust/TypeScript/Vue, and modern cloud-native tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Candidates should be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software for the build, test, and operation of satellites and customer payloads.
• Collaborate with mission operators and flight software teams to define mission architecture.
• Provide on-call support for spacecraft operations.
