ULA in Denver seeks a Ground Software Engineer to join the Vulcan Development team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain software interfacing with engineering and manufacturing systems. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in C/C++, Unix, and Git.

As a Ground Software Engineer in Vulcan Development, you are responsible for developing new software products, implementing modern software design principles and concepts, resolving complex technical software problems, and providing innovative and ingenious solutions. You will work with a highly collaborative Agile team, engaging with Product Owners, Technology Architects, QA, and Automation team members on cross‑functional activities to design, develop, and test cutting‑edge software.
Joining ULA’s Software Engineering team gives you the opportunity to take on unique and mission‑critical responsibilities while shaping your own career path and driving change. This role supports the Ground Software team that develops mission‑critical software used during Vulcan launch vehicle manufacturing, preflight test, and launch countdown. You will design, develop, operate and maintain software and firmware components and computing‑systems software that interface with engineering, scientific, and manufacturing systems.

$92,783.00 - $154,638.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to base pay.
