The Aerozone is seeking a Lead GSE Mechanic in Cleveland, OH to supervise maintenance and repair of ground support equipment used across the operation. You will ensure readiness, uphold high safety standards, and oversee maintenance schedules and procedures.

You will coordinate with maintenance managers, lead technicians, and suppliers to keep power carts, tugs, jacks, fuel trucks and PITs in top condition. Strong leadership and hands-on mechanical skills are required.

Department: 811 Facilities OPS Location: Cleveland, OH Job Summary: The Lead GSE Mechanic is responsible for leading all efforts in the maintenance and repair of ground support equipment (GSE) used by the organization. This employee will stay in close contact with the General Managers of the Maintenance facilities and monitor daily activities, ensuring that all GSE items are maintained to the highest standards and are always ready for use. The Lead GSE Mechanic will also be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules, as well as ensuring compliance with all safety regulations as a facility safety representative (FSR).
