Job summary

Asplundh Careers is seeking a Groundperson to safely gather brush and debris, feed a woodchipper, and help keep work areas free of hazards. You will also assist in maintaining and servicing crew vehicles and equipment.

Qualification requires 18+ years old and willingness to travel for storm work; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and prior experience is a plus, with a drug screen and background checks as part of pre-employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to travel for storm work.

Responsibilities

• Operate chainsaw to cut brush, logs and stumps of larger trees.
• Drag, gather, and feed brush into woodchipper.
• Services vehicles and equipment, maintaining them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
