Job summary

Avflight Corporation seeks a customer service agent to assist airline and charter passengers at the airport. You will handle reservations, issue tickets and refunds, manage baggage and cargo processes, and guide passengers to aircraft while maintaining safety protocols.

Responsibilities include ramp duties, aircraft marshalling, de-icing support, and cabin cleaning. Flexibility for swing shifts, weekends, and holidays is required, with the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at airport for passengers and charter clients.
• Arrange itineraries, issue tickets, refunds, and collect excess baggage charges.
• Assist with baggage handling, loading/unloading cargo, and ramp duties as needed.
• Clean and service cabin interiors; marshal aircraft and operate ground equipment when required.
• Perform de-icing and other safety-related tasks; maintain security clearance and adapt to shift work.

General Purpose of Job:This position is responsible for providing customer service to all people desiring to use customer or charter service by being attentive to their needs, politely handling their inquiries promptly, and completing the required transactions as noted below.
