4Ever Young is opening a new center in New Albany/Westerville, OH, seeking a licensed NP or PA to deliver injectables and drive the full wellness offering from day one. You will lead injectables, participate in hormone optimization discussions, and help shape the patient experience in a premium wellness clinic.

This on-site, full-time role features a Tue-Sat, 10am-6pm schedule, a base of $52–$65 per hour plus commission, and a ground-floor opportunity to build the clinic's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in good standing (Ohio-ready).
• Hands-on, independent tox + filler experience today.
• Interest in hormo ne optimization and wellness conversations.
• Strong consult skills to lead treatment planning and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Perform neuromodulators and dermal fillers with advanced technique.
• Lead consults: full-face assessment, treatment planning, maintenance.
• Contribute to hormone optimization and wellness discussions.
• Educate patients and convert to memberships and programs.
• Support clinic protocols and documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate charting and premium patient experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish standards and retention.
