Job summary

Williams Transportation is seeking full-time and part-time Ground Lead Drivers to join our award-winning logistics team in the Ogden area. You will deliver and pick up packages for businesses and residences with independence on the road, while providing customer service and attention to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include safe operation of a commercial vehicle, timely stops, proper use of handheld devices, and maintaining package security.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old required.
• 12 months of commercial driving experience in the last 3 years (paid, not just commute). CDL not required.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely in diverse conditions.
• Complete all delivery and pickup stops for the day.
• Use handheld device to record daily activity.
• Maintain security of packages and equipment.
• Lift, bend, carry and load packages as directed; follow turn-by-turn maps.
