Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read and write in English; Spanish preferred.
• Capable of extended walking, standing, and lifting 100 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure area is properly staffed to meet operational needs.
• Oversee performance, hiring, and training of supervisors.
• Manage movement of bids, new hire placement, and reduce turnover.
