Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performance team.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline warehouse staff; plan and review results.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Maintain equipment and facilities; issue repair orders and replacements.
• Control inventory levels with regular counts.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and security protocols.
• Work on the store’s busiest days and rotate between day and night shifts.
