Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh and appealing displays by stocking shelves and checking codes.
• Stocks shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases and maintains cleanliness.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leadership.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling, keeping areas full and appealing.
• Completes required spoilage, sampling, temperature and sweep worksheets.
• Assists with inventory checks as needed.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, assists customers, and uses suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health, sanitation and safety standards.
• Maintains clean and sanitary environment; ensures equipment safety.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
