Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking team members to work in any department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End.

You will help guests create meal solutions and provide outstanding service while learning about products and weekly ad items. This role supports merchandising, stocking, and guest assistance throughout the store, with professional conduct and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Minimum age 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service across departments.
• Engage with guests to understand wants and needs and help with meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items; ensure guests are assisted.
• Gather shopping carts and assist with housekeeping; present a professional appearance and follow uniform standards.
