Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job

Responsibilities

• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Courteous and helpful to other associates
• Stock shelves and ensure saleable merchandise is displayed properly
• Follow policies for ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of merchandise
• Understand and use store tools such as ACIS and CAO
• Adhere to Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines
• Report accidents per Food Lion procedures
• Wear the Food Lion uniform and maintain a neat appearance
• Complete CBT and training packets as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned
