Requirements / Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service at all times
• Maintain clean, organized, and well‑stocked shelves, displays, and food stations
• Assist in receiving and organizing inventory, including fresh, refrigerated, and dry goods
• Prepare and package grab-and-go food items in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately and efficiently during customer transactions
• Support store opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking
• Answer customer questions about products, promotions, and store features
• Uphold all health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation practices
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
