Qualifications

• Provide fast, friendly customer service to Price Chopper customers.
• Smile, eye contact, and thank customers upon fulfilling requests.
• Maintain a neat, clean workstation following 5S standards.
• Assist with day-to-day operation of the Grocery department including merchandising, pricing, stocking, plan-o-grams, displays, rotation and inventory.
• Assist with ordering merchandise and supplies and manage back room storage.
• Maintain high levels of customer courtesy and service across the store.
• Front end services may be required as needed.
• Ensure sanitation and pricing procedures are followed.
• Load warehouse merchandise from trucks.
• Assist with training new associates in grocery operations.
• Cover store needs at manager’s discretion and help control shrink.
