Akkodis is seeking a Regional Grocery Support Specialist Contract job in San Francisco, CA 94016 (Fully Remote). Ideally looking for someone with experience supporting Account Managers to grow Regional grocery merchants.

Rate Range: $40/hour - $45/hour on w2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Regional Grocery Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting our Account Managers as they grow our Regional grocery merchants. This person will be merchant-facing and will be responsible for executing all 65 steps in our end-to-end launch tracker & ensuring success for the first 30 days of merchant activation on the platform.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Looking for a project manager or customer success manager with client-facing experience, highly organized with the proven ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, 1-2 years experience; experience in Salesforce is a plus.
