Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-4 years in a supervisory/retail role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Food & Workplace Safety standards.
• Lead and train department staff for daily tasks and goals.
• Oversee ordering practices and inventory to meet department standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and support a positive shopping experience.
• Report to Department Manager and collaborate with RCS team.
