Qualifications

• Ability to meet 50+ hour weeks and long shifts.
• Experience with financial reporting and cost control.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute in-store promotions with high engagement.
• Interview, hire, orientate, and train new associates; coach for success.
• Assess customer feedback to improve experience and product selection.
• Plan weekly schedule to meet labor targets while complying with laws.
• Execute and grow external order programs (e-commerce and express orders).
