Job summary

Hen House is seeking a courteous Clerk to support front-end operations, assist guests, and keep the store welcoming. You’ll help with bagging, carryout service, cart retrieval, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while collaborating with cashiers and other team members.

This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, safety, and efficient store operations, with opportunities to learn product locations and services and participate in trainings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in grocery, retail, or customer service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with bagging groceries and offer carryout service for convenience.
• Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and keep exterior area safe and clean.

• Stock, rotate, and face products to maintain presentation and availability.
