Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Assign employees to specific duties and supervise their work.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory tasks, and cash handling.
• Plan schedules and record employees' work hours and time cards.
• Hire, train, and evaluate personnel and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist store manager in budgeting, purchasing, and maintaining store operations.
