Job summary

Busch’s is a family-owned Michigan grocery retailer actively hiring to join a team that values hospitality and guest satisfaction. You will help guests, stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain department cleanliness and order in a fast-paced store environment.

Starting wage up to $14.50/hr with experience, with 401K matching and Daily Pay options to support teammates’ financial flexibility and security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Hi Lo / Powered Pallet Jack certification desired.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong selling and product recommendation abilities.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Build department sales by making product recommendations, answering questions and assisting guests.
• Meet stocking efficiency goals.
• Receive and verify department deliveries.
• Merchandise, price and stock product.
• Set and maintain shelves and displays.
• Complete all price changes and tag maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of back room, including damaged product area.
• Work items from back stock on to the sales floor and work pick list.
• Rotate product to minimize out-of-dates.
• Follow safe food handling and personal hygiene practices.
• Operate POS (point of sale) as needed.
