Job summary

Responsibilities include inventory checks, shelving, organizing displays, and ensuring accurate invoice matching with shipments. The role emphasizes fast, courteous service and safety standards in a busy grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Proactively assist customers within the guidelines outlined in our Customer Service Standards.
• Perform annual full-scale inventory assessments to identify missing inventory and items to be ordered.
• Provide customer service to customers who may need assistance while setting up displays or in the front of the store.
• Use rolling ladders to retrieve items from the stockroom on hard to reach shelves.
• Organize and sort items on shelving, bins and displays according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Quality control by checking products for quality and condition.
• Provide customer service in a professional and enthusiastic manner that follows Customer Service Standards.
• Maintain appearance and quality of the food in the display cases.
• Monitor and report missing or lost inventory to management.
• Ensure customers are served quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner.
