Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a friendly grocery associate to help guests and keep shelves stocked. You will engage with customers, assist with unloads, stock rotation, and maintain a clean, organized backroom and sales floor.

Responsibilities include front-end duties to minimize wait times, inventory control to reduce shrink, and coordination with management to ensure product availability and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. constantly, 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of grocery operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly interactions with guests and co-workers.
• Stock, rotate, and condition grocery products on shelves.
• Maintain neat and safe work area for guests to shop without agitation.
• Maintain organized backstock in the backroom.
• Minimize damage and shrink through inventory control and proper handling.
• Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery.
• Maintain sanitation standards on sales floor and backroom.
• Communicate temperature problems to supervisor (dairy/frozen).
• Perform front-end duties to uphold no-wait standard.
• Order product for aisles as assigned by management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
