Job summary

Harris Teeter in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our store distribution center. You will take care of customers by ensuring products are properly stocked, labeled, and available, while assisting with unloading stock and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

This role requires basic math, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and good communication in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; basic math skills.
• Willingness to participate in required training and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations.
• Process/pack and stock products according to Grocery Standards.
• Clean work areas, provide customer service, unload stock and reload salvage.
