Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Selling skills to ask questions and make product recommendations.
• Proficient cleaning abilities to meet sanitation and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Build department sales by making product recommendations and assisting guests.
• Meet stocking efficiency goals and receive deliveries.
• Merchandise, price and stock products; set shelves and displays.
• Complete price changes and tag maintenance; maintain back room and stock.
• Operate POS and handle carding/ baling as needed.
• Assist with inventory preparation and rotate products to minimize waste.
