Job summary

ACO-US is hiring a Retail Coverage Merchandiser - Grocery in Waltham, MA. You will visit assigned stores to ensure our client’s products are available and well displayed, collaborating with store managers to maintain standards and drive incremental sales.

You’ll use tablets for audits and reporting, stock and merchandise, and install promotional materials. The role emphasizes independence, experience in retail or related fields, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with flexible weekday

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for reporting and data collection.
• Reliable transportation and at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to ensure products are available, displayed, and driving incremental sales.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain standards.
• Identify and execute approved incremental display opportunities beyond the shelf.
• Accurately complete audits and report work the same day using mobile tech.
• Stock, pack out, and merchandise products; lift up to 40 pounds.
• Receive and install marketing materials at stores.
