Mother's Market is seeking a Grocery / Refrigeration Clerk to support daily operations in the Grocery and Refrigeration departments. You will maintain well-stocked displays, ensure product freshness, and assist customers with locating items and answering questions.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, accurate dating and temperature control, and adherence to food safety standards in a welcoming, wellness-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and face grocery and refrigerated products according to company standards.
• Ensure proper dating, freshness, and temperature control of refrigerated items.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves, coolers, and backroom areas.
• Assist customers with product location, questions, and recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership.
• Remove expired, damaged, or unsellable products promptly.
• Support accurate inventory practices and shrink reduction efforts.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and food-handling standards.
• Promote Mother's Market values, including wellness, sustainability, and community.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth store operations.

The Grocery / Refrigeration Clerk at Mother's Market supports the daily operations of the Grocery and Refrigeration departments by maintaining well-stocked, organized, and high-quality product displays. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring product freshness, accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards. Wage Range: $17-$21/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and face grocery and refrigerated products according to company standards
