Starting Wage Range: $21.01 - $21.11/hour, depending on experience. Full Wage Range: $21.01 - $21.52/hour.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, professional customer service.
• Stock and rotate all grocery, dairy, frozen, and bulk products.
• Maintain organization and order of back-stock products.
• Build and maintain produce displays; rotate produce in back stock and sales floor.
• Update price changes and signage.
• Ensure department sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
• Operate all equipment per PCC standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the store.
• Assist with bagging groceries and providing carryout if needed.
• Serve as the point of contact for special orders and grocery questions.
• Work on DSD orders when assigned.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven ability to deliver excellent, professional customer service.
• Availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Dependability, excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift 10-40 lbs.
• Current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required.
