Job summary

P.L. Marketing is seeking a reliable team member to perform weekly plan-o-gram tasks in a Kroger store in Lewisville, TX. You will read plan-o-grams, set up sections, and ensure shelves reflect updated schematics for efficient shopping.

You’ll work independently with minimal supervision, maintain safety standards, and report completion to supervisors. Prior retail experience and fluent English are preferred; a smartphone and basic app use are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access; app usage may be required.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product; prepare work area.
• Break down sections to allow customers to shop other areas.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and report completion to supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and be professional with customers.
• Maintain relationships with store management and staff.
• Follow clocking in/out guidelines and safety rules.
