Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail required for product quality and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality items for online orders and in-store pickup.
• Keep orders organized and ready for customer pickup.
• Bag items carefully and manage substitutions when needed.
• Coordinate handoff of orders to customers for timely delivery or pickup.
