Job summary

Harris Teeter in Belmont, NC is seeking a part-time associate focused on delivering outstanding customer service. Primary duties include handling internet orders, loading groceries into customers' vehicles, and supporting bagger and cashier tasks during slower periods.

You will follow store policies, maintain a clean work area, greet customers, and communicate clearly in English. Training is provided, and reliability and punctuality are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Associates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License. Must be bondable.
• Complete training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger and cashier skills, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues or escalate to management as needed.
• Operate Point of Sale and bag orders per policy.
• Download internet orders and load customer groceries into vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and assist fellow associates.
• Support the Personal Shopper program and assist during busy times.
