Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market in Minnesota is seeking a Coordinator team member to oversee day-to-day operations of the department, deliver outstanding customer service, and manage scheduling, staff development, and merchandising. You will help meet sales and safety goals while promoting best practices across the team.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of retail experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Experience in natural foods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning and supports promotions decisions.
• Attains budgeted sales, labor and margin goals for the department.
• Ensures accurate pricing, stocking, and display of products.
• Provides consultation to customers and maintains food safety compliance.
