Weis Markets is seeking a team member to join our Grocery department. You will stock, merchandise and display products, greet customers, and help resolve questions in a friendly, efficient manner.

Responsibilities include maintaining correct pricing, assisting with deliveries if trained, and upholding sanitation and safety standards. You will work with coworkers to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required.
• Ability to stock, organize and rotate merchandise and maintain product freshness.
• Commitment to safety, PPE usage and department sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep Grocery department stocked, organized and appealing to customers.
• Greets customers and assists with questions or concerns.
• Ensure correct prices and signs, proper stocking techniques, and shelf presentation.
• Assist with receiving, unloading and moving deliveries if trained.
• Maintain sanitation and follow cleaning schedules for health and OSHA standards.
• Support department operations and cooperate with coworkers to maintain efficiency.
