Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Grocery Merchandiser to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. You will replace old products with new ones, follow plan‑o‑gram instructions, stock specific areas, and ensure price tags are correct. You will also keep displays clean and organized, supporting overall store presentation.

The position requires punctuality, in-store presence 24–28 hours per week, and reliable transportation. Early shifts are needed; nights, weekends, and holidays are not required.

What Will I Be Doing Each Day?

As a Grocery Merchandiser, you will be part of a team that will:

• Take out old products and replace them with new products and perform Reset.
• Follow instructions from Team Lead with Plan‑o‑gram to reset and stock specific areas of the store.
• Hang, attach or replace price tags on merchandise when missing or requested to change.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.

Requirements

Developing strong relationships with store personnel and providing exceptional customer service.

Show up for work on time and ready for the day! Employee work 24‑28 hours in store with No Nights! No Weekends! And No Holidays!
