Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a Grocery Lead to bridge the stock team and grocery management, reporting to the Grocery Manager. You will help ensure the stock crew aligns with standards, manage inventory needs, and coordinate with departments to maintain clear signage and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in a grocery or retail stock position.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the stock crew is in place and grocery section is working according to Eataly’s standards.
• Evaluates grocery needs and inventory, as well as receives requisitions from other departments to place orders.
• Collaborates with the communications department to ensure displays have proper signage.
• Records and emails daily shift notes.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
