Job summary

Meijer Inc. is hiring a Food Clerk to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service while keeping our Fresh departments fresh and inviting. You will help customers, maintain eye‑catching displays, and ensure products are stocked and rotated to meet standards.

This role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and the ability to use store technology. A physically active role with lifting and standing is required in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments.

• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

We are committed to offering competitive pay that reflects market standards and ensures consistency within our organization. This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between the rates below with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location. $15.25 - $16.98
